what I did was I used things indoors. I drank a full water bottle. I asked my mom if I could use her rice and she said yes. so then I put the rice in my bottle. you could use a lot of things like beans and cement ect. but I decided to use rice because it was the only thing I had.
you could use this weight to do many things. you can use it when someone had a stroke and there learning to grab something. also when your doing lunges. then when your going down you have more weight. when your old and you want to stay healthy you can use it too lift.
it s convenient because you could do it anywhere. its so small so you don't have to find a place too fit. you can just place it anywhere you want. its not that heavy so you could run around with it too.
